Now I understand why they say, "Ace is the Place." I stopped by the Dunwoody Ace Hardware yesterday to look at grills, and I was impressed by how knowledgeable the associate was. He took the time to explain the different options and features without any pressure to buy. After going home to think through all the information, I returned today to make my purchase. Heath helped me today and was equally outstanding. He reviewed the grill's features with me once again, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. I can't say enough good things about this Ace Hardware location. Their customer service, product selection, and expertise are second to none. In an age when great service can be hard to find, this team truly stands out. I highly recommend the Ace Hardware location to anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service. Weyman is fantastic. He truly understands what excellent customer service means. I brought in a stool that needed the caps removed from the ends of the legs. They were really stuck on there... there was no way I could get them, off but he worked on it for a while and he removed them all. It wasn't easy but he never complained. If you want great customer service go see Weyman.

I actually went to this store to talk to one of the employees who does handyman work in his spare time. I was greeted warmly by the employee near the front entrance who pointed me in the right direction. After speaking to that person, another employee at the cash register told me to have a nice day when I left the store. Very friendly staff!

I drove 40 minutes to this specific Ace Hardware to find an item listed available and ready for pickup at this location, just to arrive and have the very very rude and unhelpful manager treat me insanely unkind. He had ZERO help to provide except for telling me that he could not help me. Additionally, when I showed him the website and recommended they fix the issue, he scoffed at me and said the website was correct but they just didn't have it. Which is so insanely contradictory, and plain old wrong. Do NOT go to this Ace Hardware expecting to get help from their TERRIBLE manager.

Go see Mark—you won’t find someone more dedicated to taking care of his customers. He had my husband and me set up with a new grill in about 15 minutes. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, clearly walked us through the options, and recommended what truly made the most sense for us. He even helped load it into our car and made sure we knew exactly how to reassemble it at home. No pressure, no sales pitch—just honest guidance and great service. Thanks Mark!
