Libby is amazing. helped me over the phone and helped my doordasher locate an item. she deserves a token of appreciation. she was handling multiple customers over the phone and in person when i came to do a refund. Second time she helped me and i am amazed by her customer service.

I went to this ace to support a small business in East Point. I also love ace in other locations bc the employees are great at giving advice, unlike big box stores. To me, the slightly higher price is totally worth it for the expertise and experience. Also helps me from going down the Google search doom spiral of endless product research. But what an awkward experience at East Point Ace. I had a simple question regarding kitchen sink sealant - there were two options so I asked what the differences were. The employee told me she didn’t know and that it’s just customer preference. So I asked if someone else would know, and she responded that no one in the store would know about sealants, which I found very bizarre. I asked the question again, and she repeated that no one else in the store would be able to help me with this. I want to love this place and support them, but if they can’t answer a simple question or even attempt to find someone who can, it doesn’t seem worth it to me. Heading over to Ace near home instead.

This Ace Hardware Store in EastPoint is one of the Best Store I ve visited everyone are always very Friendly and Helpful once you enter the front door I drive a. Long ways just because how helpful everyone treat you I shop here for 15 years with no complaints thank you Ace for this store

Mrs. MARY ANN who works at STIHL, did not want to help us and seemed annoyed every time we asked a question. We asked her to help us change the blade, and she said she didn’t have time today or tomorrow, only until Saturday. Later, she also said she would charge us just to help change the blade. I always buy from STIHL, and they usually help me with simple things like this. It was nothing big. Very poor service. 1733 Washington rd east point Ga 30344
