Terry, JJ and Evan are amazing. Terry helped me look for a drill bit we ended up talking and made a friend. JJ assisted me after coming in the store 3 times in an hr. He made me aware that I needed a hammer drill to successful drill tru concrete for a job. I was struggling. Took his advice and purchased one. Also had issues with my drill bit. I was drill thru wood and concrete which warped the bit after that explanation the job was smoother and less drill bits. Thanks JJ. Evan the Young Scholar assisted in a sanding and painting job. Made it much easier to do what was needed in order to get the results needed. Thanks guys.

I was in the store for a few things earlier this evening. It seemed like the store was understaffed. I can understand. What I do not understand is how the cashier called on her associates to assist in pointing an aisle out when she could clearly tell they were all busy assisting other customers. How does an employee not know generic aisle numbers????? I heard an associate call over the radio that they were all busy, which I could see. So I waited for assistance. Pete? (I think) came to help me and got me exactly what I needed in about 30 seconds once he was done helping other customers. Why wouldn’t a cashier know their own store?? I will be sure to be back because of the customer service provided by Pete in solving my needs and answering my questions, but really wish this location trained the entire staff to know the store.

I went into Ace today looking for what I thought would be an impossible to find screw. Five minutes later I left with the perfect screws for the project thanks to Pete. He was extremely helpful and professional. Kudos to him for his kindness and care.

Pete at Ace Chastain was extremely helpful a was able to get me exactly what I needed. In and out quickly with no wait and helpful staff. What a great concept! Thanks for your help, Pete!

Pete was super helpful !! Pushed the cart thru the store for me and knocked out my shopping list. Helped me choose when there were several products available to do the same thing. Way better experience than Home Depot or Lowes !!!! And they have a store kitty cat 😊
