Knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service! I purchased a Weber grill 3 years ago and it stopped working. Scott came out to my house and figured out the problem. He then got the parts and quickly got me up and running again. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for home essentials.

Carolyn Ed and Jeff gave me an amazing experience. Jeff walked right up to me as soon as I walked into the store. Ed found exactly what I was looking for and Carolyn assisted me at the check out. They did an exceptional job, providing excelllent customer service.

I brought zip ties to use on a fixture I’m using but upon using them , the fixture popped with everything collapsing. I went back over to see if I could get a refund or exchange and the guy said since I used them and they broke I couldn’t get my refund or even exchange them. Not helpful and normally never have no issues. On my receipt it says you can return anything unless it’s from the gift department which my purchase wasn’t. Very rude and not helpful. Normally always shop with them for my store fixtures but never had this issue before and would like my refund.

I went in here for screws to fit my wrought iron antique tables and sure enough the front lady directed me to Ted who found me the exact screw!!! I had to tell them this is why I did not go to Home Depot, I was right by one but drove here! I would not have gotten the hospitality nor the expertise she and he had!

Just a really nice place. Very welcoming, didn't have to go try to find someone, gentleman sitting right at front door with "hello, can I help you with anything?". Took me to right section, helped me find what I was looking for. Outta there in 5min.
