This is the best store I've ever been to. The store is nice and clean, the people are helpful and know there stuff. The best customer service ever!! This one guy named Jeff assisted me. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, not bad looking either. I highly recommend visiting this store.

Just called the west end stoe 2 times ,said hello and they hung up on me. I called back a 3rd time I told the man that he hung on me he said can I help you. I asked him his name but he wouldn't tell me, then he said can I help you . Then he told me me they having phone problems and I should have know that. I said as a business you should have said sorry sir we are having issue with our phones can I help you ! Still no apology, he didn't tell his name and can I help you once again with a hostile voice .Horrible!!!😡

I recently moved into the area and this Ave is conveniently right down the street. I’ve always been a Lowe’s and Home Depot guy, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was blown away. In this day and age, it’s so hard to find good customer service, let alone going above and beyond, and that’s exactly what you get from Coco and his team. I went there for parts on a DIY project and Coco ended up walking me through the entire project step by step. He has a lot of patience and was very professional and informative. They have a loyal customer for life with me!
