I had a very disturbing experience at Ace Hardware. I was shopping with my family when my three year old briefly put a sealed lollipop near his mouth. The owner approached me aggressively, raising his voice and repeatedly telling me I was going to buy it before I even had a chance to respond. I never refused to pay and understand store policies, but the situation escalated unnecessarily. What was most concerning is that during this interaction, he became physically aggressive and shoved me, then threatened to call the police. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable, especially in front of my child. No customer should be treated this way. I will not be returning. I’ve attached videos of the unopened lollipop. That he insisted I buy.

I went to this location for the first time today and was completely impressed. I don't remember the names of everyone who was working, except for Bryan. The entire staff was friendly and professional - great customer service overall.; Two people went to the back to look for item I was looking for since none were out but the website showed it in stock. It took a few minutes, but they found it. They offered assembly, which I didn't need. They accepted a coupon, which apparently was a store coupon from a different location - I had no idea it was a store coupon as I always assumed the coupons I got in the mail could be used at any location. At the end, they helped me carry the item to my car. If I lived closer, I would definitely shop at this location.

What an amazing group of people that work at this store. I am writing to extend my sincere appreciation to the team at Ace Hardware for their outstanding assistance in helping me recover my missing book bag. This item contained very personal and sensitive belongings, and your staff’s willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to handle. What stood out most was the genuine care and concern shown by your employees and management. They were not only helpful but truly invested in making sure I found what I had lost. This reflects the exceptional service I have consistently experienced at your store. Whenever I visit Ace Hardware, your team goes above and beyond. They do more than simply answer questions your employees make customers feel valued, respected, and supported. It is clear that your staff sees people, not just numbers, and that level of customer care is rare and truly appreciated. Please extend my sincere gratitude to everyone involved. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made a meaningful difference, and they deserve to be recognized for their exceptional service. I want to definitely recognize Bryan and recognize the management specifically they were awesome. Thank you once again.

The best Ace Hardware I’ve ever been to! They have so many awesome things here, especially if you are looking for a special gift for someone. I had the privilege of meeting Chris, the owner and he is incredibly kind and helpful! Oh and the best selection of bows for little girls. 🩷

This Ace Hardware is the best hardware store I have ever been to. They are friendly , knowledgeable and courteous. Everyone of the employees are very willing to help no matter what the problem. They make every effort to solve the most difficult of issues. And they do it with a smile. In addition they have a beautiful gift department and will gift wrap. A must for your shopping list. You will not be disappointed.
