Didn't expect it but found great seasonal plants for containers. Good prices and a fairly good selection. Great staff to help. Love i it being so much as part of our neighborhood.

Very great service. Eric, the associate, personally lead me to every item that I was looking for and then helped me choose between different items based on my needs. Very friendly and congenial!

Vic is your man at Ace Hardware in Prairie Village. I’ve walked in there with project after project, laid out what I’m doing and any conundrum I’m facing and he’s able to problem solve and make suggestions. He seems knowledgeable on all things! It’s incredible! From paint, to tiling, to woodworking and beyond. He’ll tell you if something you might be thinking is a good idea or won’t work and explain why, then offer some possible solutions. He knows exactly which aisle any item is. He’ll take you to the places where his solutions are so you can see what he’s thinking. I learn so much about the store and how it’s organized when I work with him. What a resource you have! Give that man some special recognition and don’t let him ever retire! He’s usually hanging out in the paint department but don’t let that stop you from asking him anything!

Very friendly staff, very knowledgeable technicians and we were helped with every single thing we asked for before we left. I was wanting to get a look at one of the outdoor power items and wanted to know what it sounded like with the battery in it, The manager not only took it out of the box to show me. But he got the store battery they use for event demonstrations into this tool to let me hear for myself. What a great level of service!
