I went to get me an Indianapolis colts themed house key. When I visited the back their was a very nice elderly man who was able to shape the key how I needed it and it works great. They have a great selection of themed keys. If you need a themed key I definitely recommend Lomas true value for you.

Wow. I read staff overly attentive. I didn’t get that today. I was looking at tools and had questions. There were 3 employees at the counter watching cell phone videos and laughing. I kept looking over and one employee looked directly at me and went back to watching a video with the others. No one at the store asked if I needed any help. Hit and miss I guess, so I went to Ace.

This 5 star 🌟 rating is For Carrie and Her staff. Thanks again for your Professional Friendly Service 👍 You are Awesome and Amazing. I will be going to True Value BETTER than Ace Hardware They are So RUDE over there and not very Friendly or Professional, I went over there and this Black worker was very rude and He responded to me like I was bothering him, So I won't go back. So true Value will get my business thanks again for being true to your CUSTOMERS.

Amy was very helpful at checkout with her knowledge of the products. I found everything I needed at this store. Also the spray paint selection is plentiful.

My wife and I have been going here for years. The staff & management have always been knowledgeable and helpful. The big box stores do not offer the same level of expertise or promptness of help. We use True Value whenever we can.
