I needed an expanding hose and thought to go to ACE because they're more convenient and easier to shop than the big box stores. I get there, and they have one on the shelf, which I get. As I'm leaving, I mention to an employee that the computer says they have over 40 and they should probably restock the shelf. Jump forward a week. I like the hose enough that I decide to buy another. I go back to ACE, and the shelf is empty. I check online, and it says they still have over 40 so I look around and find boxes of them way up top on an overflow shelf. I walk around to get help, but no one is around. So I leave. I go to Home Depot and buy one there. If I have to go to Home Depot because they can't be bothered to keep their shelves stocked even when told about an empty space, then I'm just going to go to Home Depot to begin with. This is how you lose regular customers, as the next time I need something I'm certainly not going to come here.

Every time I go to this place I always have a bad experience, I feel like I'm bothering them to get help, All I went for is to get Plexiglass and to see how much it would cost and this RUDE BLACK man at the Back counter stared being RUDE instead of helping and answering my questions, He acted like I wanted the product for free, I just needed the right measurements and he had a Smart ass remarks, What kind of customer service is that, I didn't ask to be treated like a Bum off the street, All I wanted is to get professional customer service so I felt hamillated and uncomfortable so I left the store and went to true value and was greeted with professional and outstanding customer service. I found what I needed and it was more reasonable Than Ace Hardware and the manager assisted me and She was very nice and Friendly the way a business should operate, Thanks again to True value you guys are True to your CUSTOMERS see you soon.

During my initial visit to this establishment, I encountered a particularly unpleasant experience. After the staff member had informed me that we did not have the chain I was seeking, I attempted to assist her in finding it. However, her demeanor became unprofessional and rude. Subsequently, I proceeded to the shelf where the chain was located, and she responded with a dismissive “Oh, okay.” Had I not been employed by my company nearby, I would have refrained from making any purchases. It is imperative that I treat my clients with the utmost respect and professionalism.

This spot has everything you would want in a local hardware store. For a small store, the selection is surprisingly excellent. The staff, however, are where this store truly shines. They are always friends and eager to help. Jeremy spent some time helping me find just the right part for my job and others have bee equally helpful in the past.

Wow! Just Wow! A team that I'm knows we're things are and their status. The gentle man that help me with "turkey injector" knew were and status of the product. He also made a great rub suggestion,I don't have his name but he was very helpful. Thank you so much
