The gentleman at the front counter was very helpful. This was my first time here and I needed some powder lime. He knew exactly where it was at and the price was extremely good. I will be going back. And it's nice to have a Hometown place

Don’t buy your chainsaw here. I bought a new stihl and it didn’t work when I got home. They don’t have anyone who can fix it if it has any issues they won’t let you return it. I have a chainsaw that has been in and out of the repair shop since march. May 5th. My chainsaw is still in the shop. May 13th chainsaw is still with an authorized mechanic. I bought a craftsman chainsaw and it is working fine now for 3 days later.

ACE in Indian Trail > Home Depot/Lowes by MILES. Actually, every ACE I've ever gone to is first class. This one is locally owned, I think, and they actually will help you, not run away from you like they do at other hardware stores. That's the real difference, they at least will try to help and brainstorm with you. The manager of this store is very patient and helpful along with his staff. Any place that let's a random cat roam around all day and let's my bring my dog in will always be solid in my book. Oh, free popcorn too 😃

Rude service. They wouldn’t allow me to return an item that was completely unused. I barely took it out of the box and put it back when I realized it wasn’t what I needed. Even if it’s out of your control, no need to be rude to a costumer that is doing something that is completely reasonable
