The service dept. here is AMAZING! Very Knowledgeable! Parts you need are almost always in stock or they will order them. Especially STIHL. You get a call when they come in, not a check the app situation, an actual call, from a person! Fair Prices, and Fast Turnaround times. You don’t have to wait weeks like other places.

Called about the strongway plugger. They said they have it in so I drove roughly :30 to purchase it. 399+tax=428.99. I was offered to apply for a credit but no discount for the extensive damage to the pallet or box. The the person I spoke with over the phone the was half way help me with loading it on to the truck let me wheel it out the store myself. This being said. First and last purchase from this location.

Wayne and Chuck were the best! I asked one question they both said right over here. One went to look in the back while the other literally was pulling jackets off the shelf, looking at sizes looking at if it said class C. Both of these salesman went above and beyond to help me find a jacket when they didn’t even have to. If I had a question, they answered it to the best of their knowledge and explain explained to me if it didn’t work out just bring it back not a big deal It’s really hard to find salesman like the two of them in stores nowadays and I truly appreciate all of their help.

the employees have the knowledge of a tool, i'm certain that if i asked my impact wrench a question it would be able to answer better than the people that work here
