One of my favorite places to dine. Always plenty of hot, fresh, and cooked just right dishes. I've never had a bad meal here. Charlie, our waitress, is always friendly courteous, and knowledgeable. She will make you feel special. She is the special one and this is our special place to eat out and rest a bit.

This strip mall is convenient to do many errands at one place. Clothes shopping at many price ranges, one end has groceries and the other is craft or picture framing at Michael’s. (Get the app for points, coupons, and sales. There is a great bookstore, a movie theater, several price point restaurants, ice cream, coffee and bagel shop, then, a French bakery, plant shop and great bar out back. The bike shop, furniture store, kids hair cuts, massage place, a fancy Aveda hair salon, toy store, out door adventure store, a bakery, a post office, and a few burger places. Skincare at blue mercury makes you feel like you are in NYC midtown…but this quaint shopping area also a jewelry store. A hardware store and antiques. I still don’t think I named everything, but most of these bigger places are well established.

Opened in 1956, Park Road Shopping Center was Charlotte’s first open-air shopping mall and sat on the farm where Billy Graham was raised. It features a distinctive Art Deco sign that was meticulously restored to maintain its iconic 1950s aesthetic. This retail hub remains a community staple, hosting long-time local favorites like Blackhawk Hardware and a classic soda shop. The center is located at the intersection of Park and Woodlawn Roads, serving neighborhoods like Myers Park and Sedgefield. Today, it balances its nostalgic charm with modern additions, including an AMC movie theater and upscale dining options.

This hardware store has been there 35 years. It is two stories high decorated for Halloween and Xmas. Beautiful items in the store. Household items, hardware, yard decorations, free popcorn. They love animals a b d have a water dish for them. Also have a bath place for them to wash. It has an elevator also. Don't miss it.

Visited Bossi’s & Amelie’s French bakery - great places ! Definitely will be stopping in again next time I’m in the area! Both places had exceptional food & service
