The most helpful and knowledgeable staff! I went in there to get items for my lawn, kitchen, garage door, and paint. The same associate literally helped me with every product and every question and she was even the one to mix my paint and explain in detail the best way to apply it. The prices are great and they always have deals, and if you sign up for Ace rewards, they give you coupons to use all the time. I’ve ordered online from here a couple times too, and when picking up, I’m in and out in literal seconds, everyone is always so eager to help! I didn’t get the employee who helped me’s name, but her name tag did say she was the Head Cashier. She was a lot more than that too!

What a welcome addition to the neighborhood! The store is immaculate and very well stocked, the plants and outdoor materials are well organized and everything is very reasonably priced. Three different employees greeted me, offered to help me, actually helped me, and were the models of the types of employees you would want working for you. Friendly, knowledgeable, and if they didn't know what I needed they found someone who did. Absolutely *perfect* customer service. What a relief to not have to visit a big box every time I need something from the hardware store. Keep up the great work!!

Very clean, organized, friendly staff. I am excited to have a locally owned hardware store here in Ballantyne. I just have two points of feedback. 1. I would really love to see more plants that are native to our area here in NC. Multiple invasive species were being sold and many exotic species that don’t support our local ecosystem. 2. We were very strongly pushed multiple times while checking out to sign up for a rewards account, even after we declined. Thank you!
