They didn't just point me toward the most expensive model; they took the time to listen to how I planned to use it and helped me pick the right size and the specific accessories that actually make sense for a griddle setup. ​Expert Knowledge: The team knew the Weber Slate inside and out, explaining the rust-resistant surface and how it differs from traditional cast iron. ​No-Pressure Atmosphere: It felt like chatting with friends who happen to be experts. They were patient with all my questions about seasoning and maintenance. ​Above and Beyond: They even helped me coordinate the best way to get everything home (Assembled, delivered), ensuring I had every scraper and spatula needed to start cooking the same day.

Mid-tier store. Credit where credit it due, the store is neat and the products they carry are good, but why would a hardware store have three or four people on hand and not have anyone there that can cut a key? I didn’t even need a transponder key or anything, just a basic key. Multiple times when I’ve been to this store they lack the trained staff to actually execute a service they offer.

Always have the hardware that’s hard to find in the big box stores. Always someone there to help with finding the right hardware. Genuinely appreciative of customers support. Great service department knowledge and attitude. Highly recommended!

I was immediately greeted with a welcome and a smile. And it felt like everyone there is actually happy to see you. My man Joe at checkout was cracking jokes and making me feel at home. I'll definitely be a regular here.

:: LOTS OF HARDWARE, GREAT STAFF :: I was looking for quarter by 20 hex stainless or zinc bolts, and they have a very large and wide selection of hardware. One of the supervisors, Megan, was able to quickly point me in the direction of the exact hardware that I needed. The store is not a really big store, but it does have a lot of small components, parts, hardware, and other things you may need.
