Steven in paint was very helpful, recommended the correct paint in the correct coefficient of friction. Great place,,, and they also had snow shovels when everyone else was out this past winter

Purchased a big green egg package with complicated assembly. Amber was a pleasure to deal with in-store, and Steve and Lawrence did a fantastic job on the assembly. All super nice, polite and professional people. I’ll happily drive past HD to shop here from now on.

Bought a $700 dollar leaf blower. Took it home and meanwhile while I was gone my neighbor had repaired my old leaf blower while I was gone. I lived ten minutes away. I never took it out of my truck, never started or used it in any way. Took it back in an hour after purchasing. The manager told me all sales were final and refused to take it back. I explained I was never told no returns. I certainly am used to being treated more professionally with any vendor. I think they made it up because they had no posting or anything about no returns. $700 dollars and last thing I needed was two of them. Should have been a common courtesy especially since unit not even being started or added fuel. My credit card is disputing and removing the payment. Thank God for a professional company like Bank of America. They have professional service.

This is the type of hardware store you're familiar with if you're from a small town. It's hard to find these anymore, especially in the city. I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and the manager will go out of his way to help you. Skip Lowe's and Home Depot, and shop at the small local hardware stores that actually care about you.
