Came to visit Westlake because they were the only ones that had what I needed. Not only was my online order fulfilled lighting fast at 6:50 AM, but I was greeted by the friendliest worker, Wesley. He showed me around the store after seeing my fascination with hoe big it was & even gave me a welcome to the neighborhood gift. This level of customer service is truly special, thank you Wesley!!

I went in on the off-chance that they carried a random part and while they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, one of the staff recommended an alternative that worked great! Every time I go here the staff is pleasant and helpful.

I live two blocks from this ace and have shopped there for 17 years. I went in on a Sunday to purchase a 10 pack of metalic clamp connectors for an electrical project. They had one bag that was torn open with only 8 in the bag. I grabbed a two pack and asked them to charge me for the 10 pack and give me the two pack. Their manager who i hadn't met before told me no. They would give me 15% on the bag missing the two connectors but i had to pay full price for the two pack. When unforseen things happen in my business i always take care of my customer. This has cost me money but retains customers. I drove to Garner Home Depot and made my purchase. I am going to be hard put to shop at Ace at Seaboard for a long time.

Today Jackie Devine, manager of this ACE Hardware location was the epitome of professionalism and customer service!!! There were 50 people in her store waiting for ICE Melt and she personally lifted each if the bags into the carts!!! Wow!! ACE Hardware give her and her team a shout out for job well done answering phones and giving service with a smile.
