I need to exchange a propane tank and Ace is always quick and reasonably priced. People are friendly and curbside pickup is easy. I also picked up a battery powered blower and trimmer set for a great price. They're much smaller and lighter than my corded versions but work great for me without taking my back out!

I have purchased so many things here! The people are so nice and helpful. I was there today for some scotch tap 4 people offered to help me in less than 5 mins! They are sooo nice! Check out was super fast. I have also had keys made here! Thank you Ace!

Some of the most willing and (this is key) knowledgeable employees I've seen. They know the inventory and quickly decode my homeowner-speak to get me to the correct screw or power strip. Surprisingly large inventory for a "neighborhood" hardware store, I'm not doing renovations, but have never had to go to a big box store.

Being a landlord of multiple properties in Shaker Heights area it is an absolute blessing to have a local hardware store. The staff is knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and helpful. You can pick up a wide array of tools, gardening supplies, plumbing supplies, hardware, painting have keys made in minutes.

Stopped in a neighborhood ACE Hardware store for a few items. The location was accessible and they had all of the items I wanted; some of them on sale.
