Came here for screen repairs, and it was done super quick. Great staff. Friendly, helpful, and they even changed my key fob battery. Large place... looks well stocked.

fantastic gem of a store! more character than the big box stores, better selection and variety than expected, with good prices & such friendly (but not pushy) staff. i will be telling others about it & returning again very soon!

I cannot compliment them enough, exactly what a small business should be! Knowledgeable and friendly staff, I've rarely been there and they didn't have what I needed. Fair prices, good selection, they rock!

I live in the neighborhood, been here 20 years and have never been to this store. Recently I needed help to replace my hot water tank and a friend told me South Hills Hardware could do it. I called, and they were able to not only sell me a new tank, but we're able to deliver it and install it! Their plumber came out, did the job and even fixed a valve that was bad too. This place did it all the same day I called for help! Wonderful service! I went there today to pick up some paperwork, and have them out next week to do some more jobs for me too. I'm so happy to have an honest local store to help me! Everyone in Old Brooklyn should go here!

This place is great and the staff was so helpful. I had a very odd metric bolt that I could not find at any of the box stores. I work in the Valley View area close to South Hills and decided to check there. I was not the store for more than a minute before I was helped, they had what I needed and I was on my way. This will be my first stop the next time I need anything. Thanks
