Usually a great place to shop with very helpful employees. Seems though as if they got rid of all those helpful employees and hired a bunch of young useless ones. Out of the younger employees the only two who are helpful is the young female Valerie i believe and the guy with the tattoos on his face ( dont let that fool you. He is a great guy). The person who i would think is the manager Dennis is extremely rude and more into his phone rather than helping.

I am never disappointed shopping at this ACE store. Valerie is amazing! She is so helpful and patient. When I walk into the store she is my go to. Thank you for making my shopping experience a great one.

Really nice store. Unfortunately I was looking for help finding a specific braided wire. The man I spoke to didn't even let me finish my sentence before pointing to the next isle and saying the wire is over there. Then he proceeded to talk to another man about how old he was and how many hours he worked. Customer service was the reason for the low rating. I would only come back if I didn't need advice.

I needed my garage door opener batteries replaced and Kevin and Anthony took care of that for me! They were very nice and helpful. I appreciate being able to come into the store and get that type of service. You can't find that kind of service at larger, big boxstores. Nice to see small town values and service is still happening here at this store.

Ace agent Jordan helped us with our recent painting project using Benjamin Moore Paint which is a quality paint. Jordan was so helpful in determining how much paint we needed ,the type of coverage necessary, the serviceability needed. He was actually concerned about our project. Thank you Jordan!
