It’s not mentioned items need returned to the store they’re purchased from. The return policy on the back of the receipt that’s handed to you at time of purchase states that “all you need is your receipt within 30 days of a refund” I find this incredibly deceptive it does not tell you it must be to the store of purchase. I will not be an ace shopper any longer. Corporate Customer service stated ACE stores may have policies like that, and they don’t need to disclose them to their shoppers… SCARY!

Anthony and his team are amazing. Very hard to find familiar friendly and knowledgeable faces. From paint patching, key cutting, mower and snow blowers they have taken care of it did me. Anthony handles his customers with care. Store is always well stocked and has a surprising amount of what you need for everyday fixes. Purchased a snowblower and was given an honest price, not upsold, and treated with respect. Moved away and still make the time to come by for the service.

Took chainsaw(1 week old) in to get it fixed because it’s not cutting right. Someone took it an told me the chain was too tight. Didn’t do shit and the blade almost slipped off next time I tried to cut.

Laura is was extremely helpful educating about a drill that I purchased. She found one in the back that was the perfect fit for my needs. EVERYONE at the store is friendly, helpful, doesn’t make you feel stupid and just genuinely good people. I had my puppy with me (training him around other people) and all the employees knew to ask before petting him and not to stick their hand for a pet. It was so reassuring. They even made popcorn for all the customers and of course my dog got to enjoy one as well.

I found everything I needed quickly. Toni rang up my order and asked if I wanted to use any rewards. She was cheerful and friendly. She asked if I wanted to round up to donate to Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital, which I did. She thanked me for the donation. She was efficient so other customers did not have to wait longer than necessary.
