I called the store to check stock on an item. They had it and offered to hold it at checkout for me. When I arrived I asked the lady at checkout how to clean rust off a kitchen item. She knew exactly how and I ended up buying even more. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend this store highly

2026 I took a leaf blower that was working and needed cleaning only for mix gas... to ace in Garfield the mechanic was rude and said they were short of help but the store is almost empty every time I arrive.. after a week I decided to go get the item and take it somewhere else to be fix. When I got to the other shop I try to start the blower and the string was broke and the blower wad broken the service guy didn't tell me the condition he left the leaf blower in when I picked it up...the manager hasn't return my call in a long time so I can make a complaint...3 days later I got a message saying there the owner and to contact them for a complaint resolution but when I called... the lady at the front desk says she can not connect me to a owner and she was very confused about y I called the store I'm writing this review I think ace has got very shady cle be careful

Ace has everything you need without having to walk a mile and a half like the big box stores. Everyone is so helpful and kind.

Great hardware store. Feels like mom and pop store and all the staff is helping right away. Seem to always have whatever I need

This Ace Hardware store is great! I called them about an ac capacitor and they answered and told me they have the correct part. I drove there and as soon as I got there one of the associates showed me where the item was and I purchased. Thanks to Ace hardware I got what I needed right away and I got my air conditioning running on the same day. Without them I would have to wait 3 days for Amazon to find the part I ordered which should have taken a few hours. Thanks you for your service and I highly recommend you guys!
