One standout experience was getting semi-truck keys made for only $5 each, which is almost unheard of. Most places either can’t do them at all or charge significantly more. Royalton Ace handled it quickly, accurately, and without any hassle. That alone makes this store worth recommending to anyone who drives or works around commercial vehicles. What really sets Royalton Ace apart, though, is their inventory. They consistently stock hard-to-find items that big box hardware stores simply don’t carry anymore. This is a GREAT neighborhood hardware store. The employees are super friendly and helpful. The store is a lot bigger than I imagined. They have a big paint department too. They have a lot of yard and garden supplies. They have a good selection of products in general.

Super clean store with many isles full of needed items. The service was nice and welcoming. They have things that bigger home palace's don't carry. Lots of parking and they have snow blowers in stock at great prices. Take a peek and you will probably walk away with all your home needs met.

I had to get a toilet handle replacement. I was really excited when I saw they had it in stock for my type of toilet. The Big Box store and other small hardware stores did not have my type and I was going to have to order it on Amazon. While I was in the aisle getting it, one of the workers came and asked me if I needed help which was really awesome. I literally was in the aisle maybe 45 seconds. I didn't need help finding my product because the cashier had told me which aisle to go down but it was nice to have someone there right away. I know when I go to a big box store it takes forever to find someone and it was so nice at this small, hometown store to get quick service! Thank you also to the gentleman for getting a broken bolt out of the handle of my old one for me!

Staff members are always available to answer my questions & help me find what I'm looking for. The store also has good product inventory & selection.
