The customer service was phenomenal. I ordered a snowblower online and it was on back order. The store had six in stock. I bought over the phone and was delivered that same day built with charged batteries. Thank you Jeremy for personally delivering on your way home.

This is exactly the kind of neighborhood hardware store you hope still exists—friendly, helpful, and packed with everything you need. The staff at Nutter Hardware go above and beyond every time I visit. Whether I’m picking up a few screws, paint supplies, or asking for advice on a home project, they’re always knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. It’s clear they care about their customers and their community. Bonus points for the quick service and well-organized store layout. So glad to have this gem right here in Upper Arlington!

It truly saddens me that I have to write a review like this for a small business like Ace Hardware. But the cashier staff at this location is rude and very dismissive. Primarily a very short older woman that cashiers up front. Extremely dismissive & very unfriendly. My family have been customers of Ace for a couple decades to be honest. But this location, as well as a couple other locations, have poor customer service skills and it’s very disappointing. Never try to return anything to this Ace or several other Columbus locations. Even with a receipt, they are extremely rude about accepting returns. Sadly enough, I will not return. And it seems like they do not care at all whatsoever. C’est la vie. In a country where you can get products from Amazon and so many other sources. I would think Ace would provide better customer service & competitive prices. But apparently they are not.

Very rude workers. Bought a faulty device, went to return it a day later, and they would not accept the return. Everything is overpriced. You can buy the same brand items cheaper on Amazon or Home Depot.

I work at the dog grooming salon next door and my coworkers and I go over daily to grab snacks and drinks. I went in today with my foster pup penny(Chihuahua). She had never been in a store like that before and she loved it for the short time we were there. The person at the front was so nice and gave her a milkbone. Penny was very pleased with the service she received 😁
