Let me tell you about my Groveport Ace Hardware with a heavy emphasis on their amazing customer service, who is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store prides themselves on creating a small-town feel and I really appreciate the personalized attention from each of them. With a willingness to assist me find the right parts and offer advice when I need it. The stores cleanliness and organization makes it so easy to maneuver with everything in it's place. While yes, they can be slightly more expensive than your big box stores, but keep in mind you do get what you pay for. Personally the exceptional customer service I know without a doubt I will receive 24/7, no hassle returns, quality products backed with a real warranty makes up for the price difference.

I called my local Ace Hardware in Groveport and asked the lady if they carried propane tanks she said yes. When I got there I asked to purchase a tank and she asked if I had just called and I said yes, she asked if I was exchanging it or purchasing it, Ive never had one before so I needed to purchase one. She told me to wait a moment while she checked in the back.. someone had dropped one off so she let me use that as an exchange. You have no idea how much this meant to me, times are tough and I really didnt have the money to get one but she made it more than half price. God bless this woman, she didn't have to do that for me but she went above and beyond for a random customer. Thank you so so much, your kindness matters 💗

I absolutely love this Ace Hardware location and its employees! Zach and Todd have been extremely helpful and understanding as we navigate owning our first home. I’ve never had an issue with their customer service or fixing our issues and am grateful for their expertise. We are constantly purchasing from this store and will continue to do so. Shoutout to all of the employees who work there and provide great customer service.

Good people doing good things at this Ace! Family vibes and a massive selection of everything and anything. I also love that they repair most of the things they sell, huge plus! Every time I visit this location, it's a good experience! 100% recommend 👌

Outdoor or indoor, from painting & planting to car accessories & various bulk selection of screws, they've got a nice variety of products for simple/moderate household tasks. Oftentimes, it's convenient to stop here instead of going further to the Canal Winchester Home Depot store (penny saved on gas is a penny more towards your hardware quests ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯) Bonus points for the wholesome staff and the food truck that sometimes parks outside (the trucks vary from time-to-time).
