A single, elderly woman I serve had a wheel come off of her walker. She was very distressed. So I took it into an Ace and Mark and Jim took extra time to fix the wheel and make another one turn smoothly. It was a great act of kindness on their part. A valuable couple of employees!

I dealt with 2 gentlemen one the day.I ordered something the 2nd the day I picked up, they were both friendly, personable and knew what they were doing. Even though I didn't spend a lot of money this time , they made me feel like a vauled customer. I will return.

The people at E&H Ace Hardware treat customers with individual attention and all the help they need. In other hardware stores I get lost and noone offers me help finding what I need. E&H treats me like family!

Today was not a great visit, I always look forward to going to Ace, I pay more because the staff is normally super helpful and friendly. Brenda checked me out and admitted she was having a bad day because they were busy. She yelled at me, roll her eyes at me, lied and then proceeded to admit that it’s because they were busy and she’s stressed out. It was super weird and out of nowhere bc I wanted to use my member rewards coupon and she was trying to rush me. I talked to John who just said he was sorry which I appreciate, but let me tell you I went from a very loyal customer to somebody who may not be back because of Brenda and him saying he was sorry and that she’s right they are busy was not exactly what I would expect for a small business.

Have been coming here a couple years now for odds and ends hardware needs. Great store with great employees!
