Excellent store and staff. I’ve come here multiple times for tools and advice and they’re always friendly and knowledgeable. Although yesterday I dropped my motorcycle and broke a foot peg, and to replace it I didn’t have the right tools to replace it. Bill not only found the tools I needed to remove the cotter pin and replace the broken peg, he took the time to come out to my bike and assisted me in fixing it. Super appreciative of this and cannot recommend him and this store enough. Thanks again Bill!

They are consistently friendly and as helpful as you need. If I’m being prideful and think I can figure out what I need, they give me the space and when I give up they’re happy to help. Today I scored some 90% off end of season deals. I like shopping there because it feels like a dying breed of genuinely local stores with staying power and I want to see it succeed.

I stopped in to buy some grilling sauce for my husband and was pleasantly surprised to discover Ace carries a large variety of sauces and rubs for grilling/smoking (they carry Meat Church and other great brands and they are much cheaper at Ace than on Amazon!). Chris (the associate) was super helpful to me and I left with much more than I had originally planned to purchase.

Always extremely helpful staff. One gentleman went to tje bag and dug around to find s very specific tool I was looking for that wasn't kept on the floor.
