I recently visited Ace Hardware and I was seriously impressed by their service and selection. Whether you’re a DIY novice or a seasoned pro, this place has everything you could possibly need. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, always ready to assist you, no matter how complex your query may be. During my visit, I was specifically looking for supplies to mount a large TV, which had been a challenge for us. Not only did they have all the necessary hardware, but the employees also guided me through the entire process, ensuring I picked the right items for the job. The store is impeccably organized, as you can see in the photos and videos I’m posting, which makes finding what you need a breeze. If you’re embarking on a home improvement project or just need to mount your TV, I highly recommend Ace Hardware. Their attentive service, organized shelves, and comprehensive stock make any task manageable.

I had a great customer service experience. My reference pictures weren't very reliable but they were able to help me out. Even though I only spent ¢51 there was genuine care put in from both employees I talked to.

There are signs posted throughout the store regarding items that are on sale that do not scan properly. Upon further review after purchasing the Libman items they left an expired sign up. I spoke with the manager Jeff Lynn and he refused to honor the price and give me the refund required. This has multiple times at this location and they are attempting to overcharge customers on an ongoing basis. Make sure to check your receipts as they are operating under an illegal bait under the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act.

This location is great and staff is cool, but the store hours are lack luster. Doesn't open til 8am during the week.

Crazy expensive. Ace plays on convenience too much. 25-50% higher on everything. I instructed my employees not to go there no matter the distance.
