Void this Ace Hardware like the plague. Looked up 2 items online that indicated they were in stock. So I did the pickup pre-purchase to lock them in. Got to store and only 1 item was available. The sole reason I picked store was because of in stock inventory. I then get a satisfaction email from Ace and gave bad scores. So the store Manager calls me and just says ‘our inventory system is always 48 hours behind’. So not his stores fault but instead a corporate IT issue. With today’s tech, I don’t believe him

I came to Ace Hardware to have Sherwin-Williams “Alpaca” mixed in eggshell finish. The computer showed the correct gray tone on screen, but the actual paint came out a yellow-tan beige — nothing like Alpaca. When I pointed it out, I was told the color couldn’t be fixed or adjusted after mixing, and the staff refused to remake or properly color-match the Sherwin-Williams sample. Very disappointing and an expensive mistake.

Super experience at the local Ace ! I wanted an item that was out of stock in their store and couldn't use my coupons to order online and they were able to help me in the store. They also stack my rewards with my member coupons and online does not all for this. Lots of close parking.

The store is beautiful, clean, nicely organized -- looks brand new, but it's not. I was immediately greeted cheerfully by a young man who asked if he could help. I mentioned a Yeti cup on their website. He took me to it immediately (20 oz), then alerted me to a larger cup (35 oz) with a handle. I bought them both. In and out in less than five minutes, on a holiday. Nice young man cashier. If I could give them ten stars, I would!!! Thanks!!!
