It’s not very often that I shop at this location, but whenever I do, items almost always ring up higher than the price on the shelf. The cashier always gives the same excuse: “People put things in the wrong place.” Today, after I walked her to the shelf and showed her that the price was actually $1 less than it rang up, there was no apology—just an “I’ll adjust the price.” It’s not a price adjustment if it rang up incorrectly. The gentleman at the paint counter, who greeted me and asked what brought me in, is the reason I’m giving this review 2 stars instead of 1. He told me exactly where to find the item I was looking for, not just the aisle number. I’m pretty sure I made my very last purchase at this Ace location today.

Went in to buy about $12 worth of stuff and the clerk at the register mistakenly rung me up for more than $1100! This happened after I swiped my card and all of my items were bagged. He hit a button and an additional thousand dollar charge hit my card. After waiting about 10 minutes, the manager came out and issued a refund that would take the whole weekend to show up. No customer should fear losing $1000 because someone isn’t paying attention. Then he still charged me for the $12 of items. Happy Valentine’s Day, I guess

Grabbed my Blackstone grill for the patio and the service was awesome. Staff were helpful and know their product info.

Was greeted immediately upon entering the store and was helped immediately. I appreciate the quick and kind service. I love having a hardware service just minutes from home.

Great team here! I went in to make some keys, after having a bad experience at a DIFFERENT Ace, these guys were so kind & friendly & helpful! Telly, Ru, Tim & Nate! Made my day to have such great help & kindness shown to me! They went above & beyond & even went out & tested my key, since I am somewhat disabled! THIS is the only ACE I will shop at, from now on! Thanks guys!
