Clean store, proactive and pleasant employees. A busy store but they had a sufficient number of registers open to prevent customers from waiting in line too long. Also, within 30 seconds of walking in the store a young employee named Josh asked if he could assist me. He took me immediately to the aisle I needed and helped me select the appropriate bar and chain oil. Friendly and helpful. Good job hiring quality employees, Elder's Ace!

Always so well stocked, even with niche items that other larger stores don't have, and the customer service is excellent. They always have enough people staffed, they're knowledgable, happy to help, and the store is always spotless. Also worth noting are their generous hours of operation! It's so great to have a neighborhood hardware store that genuinely cares about the community. 10 stars.

I want to give a shout out to the kind workers at this hardware store! My daughter came in the day before the recent storm looking for an alternative heat source. Someone just happened to be returning a tiny propane heater soon after she arrived. They quickly not only gave her the option to buy it, but also, one of the workers had purchased multiple propane canisters that are needed for that unit for himself and was willing to return some of them so she could purchase some. They then made sure my daughter got safely to her car with her purchases. She ended up without power for 5 days with temperatures dipping down as low as 4 degrees at night, and that little heater literally saved her life. Thank you for being a store that truly cares about your neighbors!
