Aiden at Ace Hardware went above and beyond helping me today, and I felt like his outstanding customer service deserved recognition. I came in looking for a simple solution: some electrical tape and a screw and nut to temporarily secure my wife's bumper, which had started hanging loose. This was a purchase of less than $5, but Aiden treated it like it was the most important task of the day. He didn't just point me toward the hardware aisle and send me on my way. He took the time to understand the problem, brought out multiple screws to test for the correct fit, and even went outside and laid on the hot pavement to reach underneath the vehicle and help install the nut onto the screw. That level of service is rare these days. It's exactly why people choose Ace Hardware over big-box competitors and even many auto parts stores. The staff takes the time to understand your situation, find the right solution, and genuinely help. Thank you, Aiden, for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a quick and easy fix. Ace Hardware is lucky to have you on their team.

At around 12pm on April 10th, I called this place about the availability of an item and was met with immediate hostility from the man that picked up the phone. He was rude, quick, and hung up on me. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I did nothing to provoke this behavior, I simply asked if they sold an item I was looking for.

Needed to pick up some screws and stuff to try and fix our fence door. They have a pretty good selection. Hopefully we found the right thing. It was busy today. Running a skeleton crew before the holiday. The phone was ringing off the hook. I'll post some pix, just in case y'all need to know what kind of stuff they got. 🙂

My only complaint was a young blonde male worker that was completely unprofessional and no customer service skills! If it wasn’t for the young woman that stepped in I would have gone elsewhere.

Shop here alot first off the staff is great abd very helpfull .however theyre wood prices are way far more than anywhere else. And no selection .other than that is a cool store
