I can't think of another place I can get a capacitor on a Sunday to be able to repair an air conditioner! Thank God for Ace Hardware or you might not have air until Monday. The people are so helpful. And knowledgeable. They can tell you what aisle an item is on or where to find what you need. And they are very courteous. I love Ace Hardware for having items you need and can't find at other local stores. You can search their store online. If you call the store to confirm, they will answer the phone. I value people more than ever in this digital age. 🎶"Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks!" 🎶

Came in for a very specific battery. Neither of the boys at the counter greeted me upon entry, saw me walking around looking bewildered, neither offered assistance. Finally just left because they definitely spoke to who they wanted to.

I usually like coming here, but I made a purchase on May 18 around 7:40pm and the cashier rounded up my total for a charity drive they were having and did not tell me. No mention of this was made at all, so I didn't know until I glanced at my receipt later. I have no problem donating to charity, but I do have a problem with this money being taken from me without my permission. The total that the cashier stated out loud to me was the lower amount with no donation included, and no mention was made of any charity donation whatsoever. Train your cashiers on how to communicate this info to customers instead of stealing their money. It makes me question if they would do this with larger amounts and just hope people wouldn't notice, like I almost didn't. Double check your receipt before you leave if you choose to shop here.

They always seem to have everything I need, and when I need it. A very clean store with great people working there. 😁 Not to mention a wonderful handicap access.

This was the most unprofessional ridiculous experience I have ever had! I was lied to right in my face and then when I’m trying to get clarification the sales associate Robert says not his fault. Then gives me a list of names for different managers, Amanda, Jeff and Brad, but yet told me that Amanda is the one that lied and said that she came to talk to me and I never spoke to any female. I sat outside for over 40 minutes constantly being lied that they were bringing my item out then decided to tell me that they sent it home with someone else who returned it because it wasn’t working, but I can take it home if I want to!!! WHAT!!!!!! Then when asking for the store manager or the general manager or even a corporate phone number the young man said “there was a list of numbers but it’s gone now”
