As usual, AFTER MONTHS OF WASTED TIME, at all the Repeat Offenders; Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, and more, ACE, was the Place. Instead of the Worthless Kiosks to duplicate a Key, they, were able to match my Key, and Cut one. Why do I even go elsewhere?! For actual Service, ACE, is, THE Place!

Google needs to update this place this Ace Hardware on Uvalde Street was totally unprofessional. I got there on a Sunday. I got there on time and the hours they post via the tape is not the same as waiting for them for an extra hour now the whole entire facility has been painted white and the people in there. If you show up on a Sunday, she had nothing in stock. I asked to get a key cut. She said she couldn’t do it. I love the cats. I go in there every once in a while just to see them, but even that is no longer worth going in there it’s unsafe unprofessional. They need to close that store.

The Ace Hardware on Uvalde Road was so helpful to me. I had a grocery list of things my husband wanted me to pick up and their customer service was remarkable. They helped me find everything I needed and a few things I didn’t lol. Their prices are great and their service even better. I highly recommend this store. Great job Ace
