The entire staff here is helpful, courteous, and professional, always ready to assist you in any way they can. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile, and a welcome. I purchased a mailbox post not realizing that for me it would not be that easy of a task to assemble it. I called and asked if they could help me. I brought it in the next day and Robert was very egar to assemble it for me at no charge. I have made other purchases from them and have always been satisfied with the results. Unlike the big box stores you do not feel lost. Their prices are comparable to the big boys.

This is the first hardware store I’ve ever walked into with knowledgeable employees. Came in looking for a part for my toro zero turn and Jamie (the mechanic) even offered to install it right there and then at a reasonable price. Hands down the best small engine repair shop in Houston — highly recommended!
