Great store and friendly staff. I was bopping about taking pictures and staff didn't seem to mind. They were pretty busy but were accessible. The product I was looking for was in stock and cheaper than another hardware store I was at earlier. This store has quite a variety and store is clean and organized.

This was my go to store instead of driving to HD. Prices are a bit higher but beats driving further out to HD, last weekend I bought some c clamps and on my first use to hold down some leaf springs these gave out and almost flew straight to my face. I went today to try and return these faulty c clamps and since like most people I lost my receipt but I had proof from bank statement that I bought them there but they wouldnt take them back or offer any other solution. These will end up in the trash can and from now on I will drive the extra miles to HD to buy my tools and stuff, at least there they will honor a defective tool and give me a replacement or store credit without a receipt.

Mauricio was the biggest help while shopping! He was extremely informed and friendly. He made me feel like I knew more walking out than when I walked in. He sold me on a product I was hesitant about and couldn’t have done it without him! I will only being coming here moving forward.

Terrible customer service from the manager on duty today. She refused to honor a lifetime warranty on an Ace Hardware wrench. She said no receipt she couldn’t help me. She also said there are time limits on lifetime warranties. No one keeps their receipts on items that have a lifetime warranty. There is no time limit for lifetime warranty, but today there was which is crazy. This is the first time I had an Ace Hardware store not honor their own lifetime warranty. Please work with this manager, as you will probably upset more customers with her lack of customer service or comprehension around how warranties work.
