I came in to pick up an online order but ended up deciding to cancel it once I got to the store because I found the same item cheaper while walking in. That said, the customer service was really good. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and another employee approached me shortly after to ask how he could help. I explained that I needed to cancel my order, and he walked me over to the customer service desk and took care of it right away. The whole process was quick, simple, and hassle-free. The store was also very clean, which I always appreciate. That’s exactly what I like to see.

Our local Ace Hardware store is great. Far better than a close Lowe’s & Home Depot stores. Staff is great & they walk around the store stopping to ask all shoppers if they can help or assist them. This NEVER happens in Lowe’s or Home Depot. Prices meet or better than the other local stores. Due to Ace’s overall physical building size, Ace doesn’t have the lumber, appliance & other sections but for most everyday hardware needs they have what you maybe needing or looking for!! Love my local Ace store.

I had to wait 25 minutes for the "manager" to process an online return, while he was selling coal and lighters to a customer. This shows total mismanagement, as anyone else in the store can sell items, but only the manager can approve returns. Since the staff has no authority to do anything, the manager should be handling managerial tasks. Very disappointing.

I have not been to a hardware store in a long time. I am very glad that they are still available. Ace was great! They had lots of staff and a wide selection. Staff was helpful in finding the right weed eater string I needed. In and out no problem. Plenty of parking. I will be back!

I love Ace Hardware, especially this location. Ace is filled with fun, unique items from gifts to household need. This location has the friendliest employees. It is so nice to walk in and be immediately greeted, helped if needed and always with a smile. They typically have multiple checkout lanes open, so you don't have to wait - in and out in a flash! I love parking area too. The actraul area is close to the entrance and lots of spaces. The store is also very clean. Need cards, bird seed, wind chimes, candles, home repair, lawn items and so much more? Ace is your store!
