Stopped by to purchase window screens. After searching through the store, I asked a person sitting behind the cash register for the location. He frowned and said that if they had any they’d be in aisle 9. They had many boxes of different sizes, but they were located in a very tall top shelf. I go back to the same person, now on his phone, and say, “I’ll take two of the 10” screens”. He looks up confused and says, “what, are they locked up or something?” Mic drop. I walked out. I’d rather take a bus to Queen Anne, or purchase the screens on Amazon then spend money at this Ace Hardware. This is not the first bad experience there but it’s definitely the last!

I feel very lucky to have such a well stocked and staffed hardware store within walking distance of where I live. They carry Benjamin Moore paint, a huge variety of tools and anything you might need for a handyperson's project. The staff are friendly and helpful. Finally, a small thing but important to me as a huge rock music fan, the music they play in the store is always amazing and makes the visit that much more enjoyable.

I have shopped at Ace Hardware stores in Seattle since I bought my first home in the Magnolia area in 1980. Since I was a novice in home up-keeping, when I went to the store with a problem, I was always helped by the staff on how to solve it. I always felt respected. To this day, 45 year later, I still shop at Ace Hardware because of the service I receive in responding to questions. Also I like the products Ace Hardware carries. Where I live now in downtown Seattle, every 3 months I walk to the Ace Hardware store close to where I live and walk up and down the aisles to see what's new. This last time when I bought a timer, I learned about the Reward Program and I joined. Thanks for being the helpful store that you are.

Called in and a friendly man referred me elsewhere to fill birthday balloons. Hope he has a great year. Will continue to come here for the excellent service. I usually come in to rent the carpet cleaning vacuums.

The people working there are always ready to help and they explain the technicalities with a lot of patience. The store is very well stocked.
