I have deleted my previous negative review(About terrible customer service) And I'm now posting five stars! There's been a huge improvement in the employees at this store(Thankfully!) There was an older woman who answered the phone who was wonderful in attitude, voice tone, and competence... Very friendly and accommodating. They've added An additional person in the paint department(Carly has been there quite a while and has been consistently fabulous! The guy who was in a paint department was Checked out. The new female added to Carly in the paint department is outstanding! ) I'm seeing lots of improvement in the store and it's feeling more like it used to feel like when it was Junction True Value Hardware. Taking Customer Service seriously is essential for any small business. I am delighted with the staff changes, and I am once again, enjoying coming to your store and finding the staff pleasant and helpful. Yay!!

I just bought a new gas grill and lawnmower and absolutely loved the service at Ace Junction Hardware. Elwood was informed and helpful and ready to go the extra mile to make sure the items matched my needs. He and Vinnie cheerfully delivered the grill, and I am a happy camper! This personal face-to-face service was far superior to making a purchase online. Here's to suppoiting local businesses whenever feasible:)

I recently went to Ace Hardware to look for some screws and was able to find exactly what I needed. The person who helped me was very kind, precise, and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly and the service was excellent. The first time I visited the store (I don’t remember exactly what I went in for), I also had a very good experience. Overall, great customer service and a reliable place to shop. Five stars!

I love coming by this small hardware shop. They’re pretty good and I’ve been able to find some stuff here that’s even cheaper than Amazon, like the Milwaukee wrench I ended up buying. I shop here more than Home Depot due to the convenience of location. And in true hardware store fashion, it is also dog friendly. And good folks too—I had a key made here and it didn’t work when I got home so they remade it for free.

Been a customer since 1998. The new management, service & experience is worse than a warehouse set up. Even their mindlesss merchandise/empty spot inventory tells you how they are treating customers. Enjoy being cattle winded like corporate chain stores to experience zombie cashiers who apparently hate their jobs or the world. Favorite last experience is the packet of lights, one was missing. The cashier would get no one to help to fetch another - with her blank zombie stare. The new leadership is clueless of customer service or how to build a loyal content clientelle. I stopped wasting my time + money at this new "Ace" + new reign of mindless management- I spend my dollars elsewhere. Note that every single person in the store I asked a question or help last visit = they were either clueless or disenchanted to help....dead ends. Plus did anyone else notice how 2025 Christmas & holiday merch + displays was barely stocked?
