Definitely going to a different location we buy saran wrap in a pack of 4 the women wouldn’t even check the sku to make sure it’s 80$ for a 4 pack instead of 80$ for a single sucks because this location is closer to the shop. Lazy customer service

This place is a rip off, if you want a piece of plexiglass cut they will charge you $20 per cut. If I go to Ace hardware at 19th avenue and Union hills they only charge 50 cents and if I go to the Ace hardware at Glendale in 19th avenue they don't charge anything. I would not recommend this store to anybody. Scottsdale doesn't even charge these kind of prices.

I’ve always had great experiences at Ace Hardware over the years, so I walked into this location with high expectations and excitement. Right away, I approached the cashier and pointed at a cooler, explaining that I needed the part that attaches to it. The response I got was dismissive – I was told they didn’t have it and couldn’t remove it from the display. I mentioned that I had purchased that part several times in the past, but was told again, bluntly, that they didn’t have it and to go check aisle 15, and she'd meet me there. After realizing the part in aisle 15 wasn't the right one, I went to the section where I usually find it. Another employee approached and told me they didn’t carry what I was looking for. Again, I explained I’ve bought it here and at other Ace locations many times. He finally, and very reluctantly, walked over and pointed at the exact part I was asking for – but his attitude was unhelpful and dismissive throughout. I left extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist. I expect better from a brand I’ve trusted for years. Never will go back to this location

My favorite Ace location. Always super helpful staff ready to answer any questions you may have!

I needed help with a replacement hose for a propane heater. Someone started to help me within 2 minutes, and we had everything figured out shortly afterwards. Overall great experience! :-)
