I stopped by Ace Hardware looking for a specialty camera mounting screw, and Mason went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to listen to what I needed, looked through multiple hardware options with me, and helped me understand exactly what I was looking for instead of just pointing me toward an aisle. Even though it wasn’t a typical hardware request, he stayed patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help me find a solution. The moment I walked in I was greeted and asked if I could be helped. This is why I now shop Ruggiero's Ace Hardware. The few minutes drive there is far shorter than the time I've spent looking for help at "other" great big stores. Thank you for your personal service Ruggiero's.!

Today, I visited the store and was warmly greeted at the door. I was given clear directions to find a battery for my garage door clicker, which made the process so much easier. My experience with Joe was truly wonderful; he showed incredible compassion and dedication in helping me. Not only did he assist me in finding the right battery—something that would have taken me hours to figure out on my own—but he also took the time to help me install it. It’s heartwarming to see individuals go above and beyond for their customers, and I really appreciated Joe’s kindness and support.

Love the hardware selection, 10x the selection of the big box stores. Went to Lowe’s they have nothing smaller than 6x32 or m5 here they everything and they have it stainless too. Employee pointed me right to what I need.
