We shop this Ace on occasion, I prefer the smaller Ace over a HomeDepot or Lowes. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. We stopped in this past weekend and as usual my wife and I went our separate ways she to gardening me to hardware. A young lady asked me if she could helpe find anything as they do regularly, and I replied no thank you, I'm good, unless you can findy wife for me...she pointed to another aisle and declared "she's right ther" now that's helpful ! Thanks Ace your prices are sometimes a bit higher than a big box store but your customer service is a treat!

Patrick is the best ever, most helpful man I have ever met! I came in looking for some wood and he found and cut some for me and it saved the day! Will come back for the great service! Thank you Patrick

First time going to this Ace. Tyler greeted me upon entering, asked me if I needed help with anything, brought me to the item I needed and helped pick it out. Asked me if I needed anything else. Went above and beyond. Perfect example of why I go to Ace.

The staff is always helpful and professional. I shop at the ACE Hardware because the staff are knowledgeable unlike the clerks at the big box stores.

Shootout to Nick, very kind and helpful today. I had surgery two weeks ago and as I found (after asking Nick) the items I needed, Nick helped me get them to the cash register. He could tell I was getting winded and didn’t hesitate when I asked for help to the cashier and then he made sure I made it to my car. I shopped here for the 30 years I lived in Ahwatukee before moving two years ago, always nice to come back and see it still has the same commitment of service to shoppers!
