Visited store yesterday after so long. I was super impressed how nice and helpful everyone is and how good the store smells. Very clean and you can find things so easily. Went in for air filters, but they were out of stock. Phil (sorry if I forgot your name) was very attentive and offered to help me put some aside and pickup when they arrive. I found some other cool and cute things I didn’t need but bought anyway ☺️ Definitely recommend this store for hardware and other things they carry. Shoutout to management because it’s so hard to find good customer service now in days and this store, every employee I ran into was above and beyond!!!

not very often you feel inclined to leave a review at a hardware store but customer service here is top tier! they greet you as you come and go, check in on you to make sure you’ve been helped, and are always helpful! (10/10 recommend if you need glass cut for shelf replacements)

Always great service. 4 people standing by to help upon entry. It was prime time Saturday. Always make sure you get what you're looking for. Costs a little extra on average but worth it. Your neighborhood store. Disco I used academy's # for years for their frequent flyer program. This last trip for the first time ever I had forgot the #. A further revelation, however reminded me that academy was now a bank. What a 🌍!

Second time I went in recently and was treated like I was incompetent when asking for advice. I kept being told the issue wasn't the issue I was having as these pompous guys kept gasliting me. I even politely asked them to stop debating the fact that I have given them to give advice on that. Kept insisting it wasn't the problem. I went to Walt's where I was listened and advised by 1 guy who didn't have a good solution so even got another employee to see if he has suggestions to. The second employee also listened and I got the help I needed in a respectful manner.

This is hands-down the best Ace Hardware in the valley they have top-notch Customer Service helped me troubleshoot the projects. I’m working on that. I’m in to purchase stuff for. Just can’t say enough how helpful they always are to a home DIYer. Literally they are the reason I stay out of big box stores.
