Michael the assistant manager helped me find the right masonry bit and screws for my project. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough! Such an organized and helpful Ace location.

After trying a big box , home improvement store and a different ace hardware , I ended up at this ace hardware and was so pleased with everything. Not only did they have the product I was looking for which the other ace told me they would not have , but the friendliness , of the floor assistant and the cashier was wonderful. They helped turn what was being a very frustrating day to a great visit. This Ace Hardware will be my first stop for everything I need in the future.

My young daughter came in to ask if they carried a certain toy- the response she got was really rude by one employee. Her response after my daughter asked was “ no we don’t have those, why would we have those we are a hardware store” and it was in a very condescending tone. News flash to your employees, many other ace hardware stores actually carry them, so my daughter isn’t stupid for asking that question, like that response implied. She knows this because her friends told her some locations did. This was her first time ever asking a store for them and it’s unfortunate that experience resulted in the employee responding in such a rude way to a child. A simple, no we do not have them would have been enough. Kindness goes a long way. We shop her regularly and will be choosing another location moving forward.

Lovely store. They go above and beyond to help with the most minute hardware fitting, or whatever I need. Help is offered without shaming me for not know basics of construction. I have been going to the store for 9 years and am very happy with them.

Premium service! Awesome staff! Easy in and out not the hustle and bustle of the big box DIYs. And hey last month I was there and a free barbecue with smoked mac and cheese and so many goodies. It was just a customer appreciation thing no strings attached. It's the place I like to go. Way to go folks
