I had a great experience with the warranty covered repair on my Ego lawn mower. Daniel, the repair tech was communicative just as promised and he completed the work much quicker than expected. I didn't even need an interim lawn service. The store staff are small town friendly, in a very good way. I highly recommend this store!

Sam and his team were incredibly responsive and helpful when I had my Traeger die on me. Sam drove all the way out to Buckeye to fix my smoker. He was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain what had happened. I cannot express how grateful I am to him and his team.

My Traeger had problems which required me to replace 2 circuit cards and it still didn’t fix the problem. Traeger contacted Laveen and sent Sam out. Sam arrived on time and replaced several wire harnesses and fixed the problem! Sam is very experienced with traegers and knew how to replaced these harnesses. He replaced the parts, thoroughly tested the system and stitched it all back up perfectly. Smoked a bunch of wings for Super Bowl Sunday! Great job by Sam and would highly recommend reaching out to Laveen for Traeger parts and service!

My new favorite ACE store. Its way better than the store off Central/Baseline (dont get me wrong employees are nice/helpful aswell) . Employees were super helpful and ordered me some Brisket Mop marinade. Hopefully they get different Traeger smokers in stock. It was jist a bigger store with a lot more bbq section

Visited Ace Hardware to get a copy of a key and as I went in the front door there was a greeter who welcomed me with a smile and asked me what he could for me then sent me with someone else to get my key. She also had a big smile and made the copy of the key then asked me to follow her to the register and I was in/out of the store within 15 minutes. I'm impressed. Store was very neat.
