Oscar is fairly a new employee at this location with being employed approximately 2 months ago. Today, I had a return that I purchased over two years ago and could not use due to two surgeries I needed on my left leg. I did not read my receipt that 30 days is the limit for returns. Oscar still attempted to get me a refund with a store credit by contacting an assistant manager. Eventhough, I did not explain the over two years of not using the product was due to my leg disability, Oscar was able to get my return approved by talking to his supervisor. I feel Oscar is on track to not only becoming management one day, but maybe his own ACE store someday as he truly cares for his customers and goes over and beyond to help us with our purchases. Oscar is definitely deserving of a 5 star review. Thank you very much Oscar. I hope you have a long career in sales if that is your career goals as you truly do have customer skills. I returned to the store today to apologize for my miscommunication when I was there earlier in the day and he even handled that apology with responsibility and understanding. Again, thank you to Oscar, for caring for us customers.

I would like to comment about one of your employees, George. He is a great asset to your store! He knows where everything is and is always willing to help the customer. George goes above and beyond! I rate him and your store 5 stars!!!

I've shopped here a few times, and every experience has been excellent. The employees at the checkout counter are polite and very helpful. I appreciate the high quality of customer service that this business provides.

Jalicia was very helpful to my wife. She went in to buy batteries and was confused on what she needed. Jalicia helped her find correct batteries and had a ggreat smile and attitude. Keep up the good work.

I always get helped when I walk in. They really live up to their slogan. Ace is the place with the helpful hardware folks. I have never had a bad time when I come in. Although they dont always have what im looking for. The workers are really helpful in everywhere even to tell you where you can find an item somewhere else. Its really neat to have such a genuine place of people who want to help.
