Walked into Ace Hardware – Six Points today on a mission: find an air filter and keep my emotional breakdown from becoming a full-blown sweatfest. Because let’s face it, crying and sweating at the same time in May in Arizona? That’s not heartbreak chic, that’s just swampy and sad. Thankfully, the staff here were absolute lifesavers. Within minutes, one lovely associate helped me find exactly what I needed, while I helped myself to casually admiring the selection of unexpectedly attractive men perusing the power tools aisle. (Hot tip: apparently, heartbreak recovery begins in the HVAC section.) The store was spotless, the vibes immaculate, and the customer service… 10/10, like Home Depot’s kinder, cuter cousin who actually calls you back. Will I return? Yes. For more air filters, obviously. But also… just to see if that guy in aisle 7 ever needs help picking out caulk.

This place has REALLY upped it’s game. Great customer service, geographically desirable-& Lots of products. The female manager with the long dark hair is awesome at her job. Id come here just so I could deal with her, very nice. This place has really increased their inventory, If you haven’t been here in a while, you might want to check it out. My only complaint is their high prices to have knives sharpened, very expensive.

I've been coming here for many years. This location has always been a spectacular example of a well oiled amd maintained machine. You are always greeted at the door. The employees, happy and willing to assist you with whatever the days needs are. I always find what it is I'm looking for and if not at that moment, they are always ready and willing to order what I need. I will come to this location over any other store when in the area.

Great Ace Hardware! Caters more toward contractors and the local industry nearby, and it’s not open later for casual customers. (You can buy a 55-gal drum of WD-40 there for $1,399.00 for example. But don’t plan on going there after 7pm.) FREE POPCORN! 🍿

The store is great but that people that work there they don't now what the better tool to give to people they are not professional people and they are disrespectful I used to love to go there I'm not going to go anymore I'm a loyal customer and they make me feel bad I'd rather go to other store hope they can fix the way they tried people and do better
