Sean Griffiths 10 months ago🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ace Hardware – Where Service Still Matters Ace may not always win the price war—let’s be honest, a bag of soil here can run $11–$18, while the same thing at Home Depot or Lowe’s might cost you $6–$7. But somehow, we keep coming back. Why? Because Ace isn’t just a store. It’s a neighbor. The customer service is truly unbeatable. Whether you’re hunting down a specific screw, troubleshooting a DIY project, or just need a second opinion, the staff here treats you like a person—not a transaction. They remember your name, ask about your weekend, and genuinely care if you get the right solution. The location is incredibly convenient, which makes those quick fix-it runs painless. But more than that, Ace feels woven into the fabric of our community. It’s the kind of place where you bump into your neighbor, get a gardening tip from the cashier, and leave feeling a little more connected. Sure, the big box stores might offer lower prices. But they can’t offer the same warmth, trust, and local spirit that Ace delivers every time. Ace is the place—not just for hardware, but for heart. 🛠️❤️
Arsalan Delavar Morvarid 3 months agoI like hardware stores, generally. And i am used to the staggering incompetence and lack of knowledge about electrical supply materials and such. What i am not used to, is what happened here. I was in the store shopping. I had a couple of things on my list, one of those being drill bits and another being heat shrink tubing and some electrical connectors. However when i am in a store filled with things i like and/or may need, it seems only logical for me to go up and down more than two aisles. Apparently this associate hadn't ever heard of "shopping" because after first saying ridiculously that they didnt have electrical supplies (they do), he accosted me three more times. 5'8", latino, thin build, greasy hair. He refused to provide his name. Now, i had been contemplating spending around 300 bucks on some lights and a couple of tools i need. But while im examining drill bits this kid plants himself in front of ke and says"what are you doing, what do you need?" I replied that i am shopping and that i will let him know whether i need his assistance. Oh, i wear an eyepatch because I'm blind in one eye and i can only assume that's why in spite of a complete lack of evidence he apparently decided i had intended to steal. I confronted him about that and said "would you like to hold my credit card? Or see my bank balance?", calling out his implied insult. He attempted to backpedal and i responded that lying about the obvious is an act of futility. He doubles down and declares hes going to follow ne around until i leave. So I said, "fine, go for it". He did exactly that and ushered me physically towards the door whixh is illegal and is assault. I insisted on paying for what i got, which did not include drill bits but i certainly wouldn't buy them at this store, or at any Ace hardware in the future. Is this the kind of treatment you think potential customers deserve? Based on a judgment of me because of my disability? Youre lucky i dont sue. I still might.
Cathy Vargas 2 months agoCalled this place to see if they do double sided glass windows with same day repairs and was told yes. As soon as my family walked in the store and before my son could even finish getting a word out they immediately told us NO! Before he could even ask the question. Very rude people here! DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE HERE!
