I went this morning to the store to find some plumbing parts I needed to repair an old sink. I asked for a plumber and Tino came to help me. Very friendly and very helpful, not only did I get the pieces I needed but I also got a crashed course on plumbing. Thank you, much appreciated.

Customer Service still exists!!! I am very Happy that this place exists! I was lucky to have Tino lend me a hand in helping me out with the dilemma that I had on my hands regarding a gas plumbing issue. He spent the time and effort to educate me on how to approach the situation that I was in. I appreciate his patience and knowledge. I will definitely be returning for any of my hardware needs. And I would also like to add that I visited three other hardware stores and I left empty handed and with staff not willing to even bat an eye in helping. Thanks Central Hardware for saving me!!!

Fantastic experience, found everything I needed and Tino helped a ton with fixing my favorite pair of sunglasses including finding the right screw, adding some loc tight, and cutting the screw down. The staff is wonderful and has the feeling of a true local hardware store with all things you need

Emergency broken key situation. Team here masterfully recreated a new key within minutes. Friendly team and just about everything you would want for your home needs. Super clean and organized. Skip the big box.

Really happy to have this place in the neighborhood. It’s my go to spot in SF. My only feedback is they really need to have a guest wifi because the cell service is weak in there and obviously you need to do a lot of searching online while in a hardware store.
