Original experience during shopping and checkout was good. Employees were helpful and nice. But during the second visit to return items, the lady at the counter was rude and spoke over me. I would rather drive an extra 5 mins to a Lowes or Home Depot to shop after this experience.

I will never shop here again. The whole store is set up via employees and signs to give the vibe "you are a thief and we know it." The tools are all locked and if you pick out just one tool, even just pliers, they personally escort you to the register while holding your item. I was going to buy more stuff, but that was so off putting I bought my item and got out of Dodge. Treating all your customers like thieves from the moment they walk in does not make one want to stop in again for a repeat visit. Just stick to Lowe's or Harbor Freight, where you'll meet friendly people who dont treat you like a criminal for simply daring to enter their shop.

Channing, an employee at this location, helped me find everything I needed to fix a plumbing nightmare I was experiencing with my washing machine valves. Channing helped me with all questions I had with sharkbite fittings, and he provided me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Ace Hardware.

Super disappointed with this Ace, considering there is a massive sign out front advertising their 4 for $10 garden soil sale. I brought the truck down to grab them and when I went to pay, the cashier informed me that the sale actually had not started yet, and an unspecified “he” (manager perhaps?) decided just to leave the sign up (for their own convenience?). The days of the sale are in the smallest print imaginable which is why you absolutely need to remove the sign and put it back up when the sale is on and off. Frustrating!

Had them assemble an item I bought, and the service was quick and done right. Staff was helpful, though it took a minute to find someone free. Overall, good experience and I’d use their assembly service again.
