I needed to replace a washer in my shower hose. I received excellent help from two employees who tried to match the exact size. Aiden went above and beyond and sanded the round edge of the new washer to get the precise size. I appreciate his customer service.

I asked the guy in the back desk a simple question about fasteners and he takes the screw I had out of my hand and starts schooling me about matching the thread of the screw I had brought with me. Yes I did get impatient with him for assuming that I had no knowledge about what I was looking for. Then he sends a co-worker over to help the rude old woman that I guess I am. She proceeds to show me the Chrome fasteners. I'm just looking for a simple little 10-32 machine screw, stainless steel would have been ideal but they didn't have them longer than 2 inch. No such thing in the Chrome fasteners I could see that immediately. So I told her no you don't have what I need in Chrome. And I told her thanks for your help. And she immediately goes to the back speaking loudly that I just wasn't to be pleased. She meant for me to hear that. I guess the customer is not always right.

This place is great, very organized, more stuff there than you think and the staff is very helpful. If you drive by this place don't blame me I told you to go there... now do it! Lol

Anthony from Ace is a PRO! Dude was helping customers left and right and knows his way around the store like the back of his hand. Friendly, informative and motivated to help you. He made hardware shopping a breeze.

I bought the last Swiffer mop they had in stock, not thinking much about the existing tear on the packaging. Later in the day I was gifted the same product by a friend, and went to return the unopen+unused product. I was stunned that the manager did not allow for the return because of the damage on the packaging - which was there when I bought it. Moreso, when I politely explained to the manager that the damage to the packaging was there when I bought it and showed the product was still unopen, her response was brutally unsympathetic. There was no damage to the product itself and it was completely unopen.
